A lot of time and effort goes into creating each site, from initial design and front-end development through to population and deployment. This fee covers that work.
No. We do not charge transaction fees. The only fee you pay to us is the standard monthly fee. Everything is included in the monthly fee, no hidden extras.
In order for us to continuously update and improve PinnacleApp™ we keep the layout of our websites uniform across all users. If we have to modify the default layout to suit a certain design more work is involved. The extra work is evaluated and is reflected in the setup cost of a PinnacleApp Pro™ website.
If the work is something that requires significant development (e.g. a re-design) then we will price the work as bespoke development. This is invoiced separately. If the work is deemed to be beneficial to PinnacleApp™ as a whole, we can roll it out as a feature update. In this case there is no extra cost to you.
The contract term is for a minimum of 24 months. In the unlikely event you wish to cancel after 24 months we require at least 30 days notice.
Your monthly fee covers the use of the PinnacleApp™ software and access to our Product Catalogue. Support and hosting are also included within the price.
No. We host your PinnacleApp™ website and provide 99.95% uptime to all our clients. The initial setup and on-going hosting is included in the price.
No. We do not manage or host any email, this can stay with your current provider. We can however setup Google Apps for Work for a small fee.
FREE. Most of the text and graphical content of your PinnacleApp™ website is content-managed meaning you can easily make changes yourself via the admin area. If you need something small changing (e.g. a logo change) that requires our help we will complete the work free of charge as part of our support.
We update the catalogue as soon as we receive new product information from suppliers. You do not have to do anything, the new products will be available for your website to download immediately.
We are currently integrated with a number of major payment providers including SagePay, PayPal, Barclaycard, HSBC, WorldPay and Secure Hosting & Payments.
